Play 7's Card Game

Let’s play a game of 7’s. The goal of the game is to be the first player to get rid of all your cards.

How to Play:

1. We will start with a standard deck of 52 cards, without jokers.
2. The deck will be shuffled and 7 cards will be dealt to each player.
3. The remaining cards will be placed face down in a pile.
4. The top card from the pile will be turned over and placed beside the pile to start the discard pile.
5. The player to the left of the dealer will go first, and then play will move clockwise.
6. To play a card, you must match the current top card on the discard pile either by number or by suit.
7. If you don’t have a playable card, you must draw a card from the pile.
8. Certain cards have special rules:
   • 7’s are wild and can be played on any suit.
   • If a 7 is played, the player who played it can change the suit to any suit they choose.
9. The game continues until one player has played all their cards. That player is the winner.
